    Default I want to start a Real Estate Investment company. Do I need a real estate license?

    I want to invest in real estate but want to protect my personal assets.

    You do not need a real estate license. In fact it would be very wise of you to not have one. What you want to do is set up an LLC to hold the property in so that your other assets are protected.

    No you dont need. What you need is knowledge, Vision, Skills, interest and money.

    It's not a problem. Before starting investing, put a boundary between your personal assets and investments.
    With regards to license, you wont be needing that, but if you have, it's an advantage.
