I am starting a demographic analysis/gis mapping service for businesses and realtors. I am interested in providing detailed zip code, Census Tract and Census Block Group data based on April 1, 2009 information (which I own). I am hoping there might be some interest among realtors for a particular community or who might require more current demographic data than already available.

My background is as a research librarian/gis analyst at a urban and regional planning organization in Florida so I am familiar with issues related to zoning, land use, traffic analysis (TAZ) as well as demographic analysis.
