Well I for one am seeing that ( after going through 3 realtor's in 2 years) that the sup-par standard of professionalism and promise to performance needs to END ! Simply posting a Listing on the MLS and doing nothing else is downright lazy in my opinion. So far that is all I have seen from Realtors in the North Connecticut area. It is very disappointing. If realtor's are doing it part-time for some extra pocket cash , with no real interest in pursuing 100% customer satisfaction then they need to get out of the business ! Sorry for my venting, but the level of professionalism in Real Estate agents has taken a drastic downward spiral. It makes me wonder if there are any good real estate agents out there.

Real estate has it's ups and downs, always has, always will. All who are in for the long haul find ways to survive during leaner periods.
