You are invited to the first of a series of web seminars introducing exhausted real estate investors to the novel idea of identifying a piece of real estate, sinking their teeth into the real estate and running with the deal before it ever hits either the MLS or a trustee sale list. The presentation will include real life samples, all of which involve people either in foreclosure; dire personal situations or dealing with the fallout of a death. Topics covered will include how to identify appropriate cases, techniques for locating the home owners or relatives, how to get the home owners or relatives to speak with you and how to complete a specific level of due diligence.
