Beware of the RENT TO OWN SCAM!

Many people are losing their hard earned money by dealing with crooked investors, and realtor' who could care less about their situation. They are getting themselves involved with RENT TO OWN SCAMS!

The worst thing that happen to you as renter is being scam. We must avoid and focus on that because it can cause bankrupt or lost of investment.

Buying a property is not easy as 1-2-3. That is why there are lots of family's are renting rather that buying their own. All I can say is that we must be very careful with the people we deal with.

I have seen it all too often myself. If you don't know what you are doing on either end (as buyer/renter or seller), if the verbiage in your rental lease agreement (Option to Purchase) is unclear to you. Take the time to have an attorney go over it. The few hundred $$ you spend now could save your thousands down the line.
