Article Writing?
Has anyone outsourced article writing for there blog? The reason I was asking is that you could have someone write your articles on certian subjects. This is all new to me at this time as I am learning.

well, you could pick up free articles at various article directories...but you have to use the bylines.
If you're looking for ghostwritten articles and blog posts, then you can hire someone (or multiple people) who will write content for you. Check out Guru, Elance, iFreelance...there's also a writer board over at wahm.com and there are a lot of work at home moms who will write at reasonable rates.

You can get free articles on Articlebase.com, basically you copy the text from their site and paste it into your blog with a link back to their website if someone wants to see the article source.
A good mix of writing your own and getting someone else's ideas from sources like above is writing your own intro or synopsis of the article. You can get ideas and facts from the article and then give your own opinion. All you have to do is provide a link to the original.
If you're interested in writing blogs, some new real estate websites pay professionals to blog on their websites. I've seen ads on craigslist and such.

Most companies are hiring ghost writers. It seems to be the latest trend now. Ghost writers provide content for the company and paid in return.

Yes, indeed many companies are hiring ghost writers as they provide updated articles that really rank well in google, thereby getting good amount of traffic to your website.

The only problem is that if you articles are not unique, google treats them as duplicate content and you are not getting good positions in the SERPS and you might get into the sandbox!
