You could pay someone to write them for you, could probably hire someone at $5 an article (or maybe less if they are willing to work cheap).
It's never a bad idea to outsource if you can use the time better for something more productive.

Yes, you can have people write for your blog. There are several people I know that make enough on their sales that they can employ a writer part time to create content for their site and blog so that they can get more leads through their website. If you get a good setup going, it can almost sustain itself.
