When I was working as a REALTOR (am still licensed just don't market myself as one), my broker never had an issue with me using my own logo. As long as I identified what brokerage I was with, and adhered to all the other advertising regulations, it was just fine to establish my own identity.

I think you'll be fine, but make sure you run it by them if you plan to alter or change the parent brokers logo to make it your own. When I worked for a large mortgage company, I found you could get in quite a lot of trouble by not getting advertising approved before useage. After all some obscene logo or offensive catch phrase might not be taken too lightly by your company.
