Toughest would be to advertise to a particular niche. Since most people rely on PPC, it is kind of hard to know if the guy exploring my website through the advertising company falls under my targeted niche.

To overcome this issue we basically started to advertise in specific website which hosts our targeted niche contents .

Getting customers to my website is the biggest challenge inspite of SEO. Also, getting them to stay and return is also a tough challenge.

My biggest challenge is trying to continue to grow my business. We have almost saturated the local market and need to find new areas to grow.

I think my biggest problem is the fact that I have no offline presence When it comes to the internet, we have so many top 10 rankings for top search phrases, 5000 unique visitors a month and generate around 15 leads a day from the website.

I need to start generating business from other areas other than internet. You never know when Google can pull the plug which would destroy my entire business

Vegas I know exactly how you feel. I've been involved in situations like yours and it's turned out good and bad, but the most important thing for you to do is stay organic and not do any black hat techniques that may sacrifice your biz. The turtle wins the race.

The biggest challenge i've faced is maintaining white hat SEO techniques and still overcoming my competition, but so far it's going well.

You may want to check out hittails...I think it will help out in your PPC to tell you exactly how they find you and then you can make the appropriate adjustments from there

    good luck

The problem we are facing is convincing people to join our site. We are sure they will stay if they join, but it is taking awhile to get them to join.

I would have to say a problem is getting buyers to get off the fence, not quoting NAR either. If you cannot build it for the price it is....

Or people ask what the price is, then ask what the seller will take. I grit my teeth and resist the temptation to be a smart @$$ by just repeating the same price but I always give them the same speech about how if I knew, I could not ethically say since I work for the seller. Of course anytime a agent tells you the sellers will take X for the property, why would you think they are telling you the truth? They work for the sellers! The listing agents job is to get the most money for the property!

My biggest challenge is the cost of stamps and printed pieces. That's why I've been doing email campaigns and SEO.

Of course the real biggest problem is the economy, but what can I do...
