I am completely computer illiterate so I use a site called elance.com. Its like a freelance site for website developers, designers and marketers all over the world. Basically you state what you need (SEO, website marketing whatever you want to call it), name your price and allow different companies to bid. Plus you don't pay them until you are satisfied with your results.

Are you intersted in creating a website? Getting the website to the top of google (Search Engine Optimzation SEO)?, or are you interested in advertsing on Goole adword? Or something else?

Ask someone that you know that has had the same work done and if they have had a good experience then it is probably better using them as you know what you are getting.

There are too many rogue designers and SEO people out there, the best way to find someone that is good at what they do is word of mouth.

Plus some of these services can be quite pricey so getting it right first time round can save you a lot of money especially if you are a small company.

I would advice you to consult a news/press releasing company to get you some publicity. Transworldnews.com does a good job with that.

You could also write press releases yourself. You could find templates online and there are sites listing a good number of free Press release sites.
