Innovative Marketing for a Utah Luxury home

Hello,

As we all know, the market has been tough for those trying to move high end homes.

I created this website to help a good friend of mine market his site. (no BS no Spam) The home is in Huntsville, Utah.

Also, if you have buyers for this home, the seller is very serious about selling it. The idea behind the site is to get good media into people's hands - even if they are prospective out of state buyers.

He hasn't had the best of luck with realtors (and their efforts) hence the website, however, if you have something worthwhile to offer or to chat with him about his contact info is on one of the tabs on the site.

We shot some stills and some video and built the site as a potential template for other similar projects. The most time intensive part of it was shooting and editing the media but we're getting quicker and quicker at this

The site seems no to be indexed by google.
The best is to build backlinks to the site and optimize the on site seo as well.

Your site is not innovative, I was doing it 8 years ago but stopped because it doesn't work for the same reasons mentioned above. You have a billboard out in the middle of nowhere where no one can see it.

google 'single property websites' and you can find your competition regarding selling these sites to agents.
