Though cyclical, it is one of the best, guaranteed investments over the long term. It's easy to buy into the next best thing or get caught in purchasing investments that are extremely volatile, but real estate has been proven reliable over a very long period of time. In fact, many multi millionaires and billionaires started out their careers in real estate.

Yes Its really beneficial if you are smart and know the place for investment. But it must be a long term investment. So the profit margin is more in long run.

Yup! I agree with you, I also think that real estate investment is relly beneficial, please review the tip to know more about real estate benefits:

    1. Cash flow from property - This is the difference between your income and your expenses on that specific piece of property.

    2. Amortizing - You have bought the property with other people’s money, but as you repay, your principal is being reduced. That means your equity – your level of ownership of the property - is being increased.

3.Tax advantages - There are several ways in which property ownership can be used for legitimate tax avoidance – though this should not be your first and foremost reason for buying the property, more a side benefit.

I think that investment in real estate will help you to get a better return in future. You can either make direct real estate investments by purchasing a property from which you can earn in future by giving it on rent. Alternatively, you can also invest with Real Estate Investment Trust or in mutual funds which invest in real estate.
