Be careful to monitor how much you are spending vs. how much you are making. Think like a business owner running a real estate business.

Success will only come when one know the ways. Deciding where to move first and knowing the path is very necessary. business is something that require efforts and if one is putting the efforts that are very positive and successive than it is very necessary.

Always, always, always track your results. Especially with online marketing, it is important to use analytics tools to know exactly what is working properly and what needs to be tossed or tweaked.

stay focus, know your priorities and be happy. as long as you're happy and passionate with what you are doing, it will help you overcome the difficulties that you might encounter in the future.
