You have a lot of good information on your website, but it's not arranged in a way that makes it easy for visitors to read. My eyes are going all over the place and I'm not sure where to go - I'm ending up clicking on random links to see where I end up.
Also, the video clip may detract visitors from further engaging with your website. It's narrated by a computer program (i.e. Microsoft Sam) and the video quality is poor.
I do see your awards at the bottom of your homepage and I think that's great. It would be more optimal if it was in a better viewing area, such as at the top of the homepage.
