    Default Realtor.com?

Do you guys get buyers from Realtor.com? When I first got into the business I paid for Realtor.com and did not get any business from it. Since things have gotten slow, I am considering using it again. A agent in my office said they got two buyers this month from Realtor.com. It is pretty expensive for the number of listings I have so I was trying to get some feedback about the investment. Any reviews or opinions would help.

Not worth the money IMHO. I also paid for it and it did not lead to any sales.

    Default Realtor . com

If you didn't get many leads from it before I would definitely not pay for it again. I would save the money and put it into marketing somewhere else.

It is all about wasting your money. I did not get any business even after paying in this site. It would be better to invest somewhere else to market your business and to promote your website.

Do a test run and see if you get any leads, since everyone's situation varies. Make sure you track your traffic and see what people are doing on your site before you invest more into it.

I don't really think a lot of people are going to Realtor.com to search for homes or Realtors. Personally, I would not waste your money on it. Craig's list would be a better bet.

If it didn't work for you in better times, most likely it won't work any better now that business is slowed.
I have to wonder how many web visitors even bother with that site; search engines are so easy to use that they can easily find your realtor site/listings directly.

That can be because the market is down everywhere; even agents are unable to help people sell their houses in 6 to 8 months sometimes.
