Personally I would not prefer refinancing loans online. I somehow feel that there is a great risk in doing so..

No, I wouldn't feel comfortable re-financing online since there's a lot of money on the table. I'd need to talk to someone first in person or over the phone from a reputable company.

They would have the ablility to do a 1 time deferment of payments. Say you were going to go 2 down, say I need you to defer this months payment, and the next 2 or 3. That way you wont be late and have 2-4 months without a payment. They could put them as a ballon at the end of your 15 or 30 years.

An online refinance is something that can be carried out over the Internet just as much as any other paperwork intensive transaction can be done online. It is a bit risky because of its money involvement. A lot of scam are out there waiting for their next victim.

I would never put myself into a position of doing so in the first place, but I know a friend that successfully refinanced over the internet a few months ago. i'll probably rendezvous with him and post back here.
At foreclosure refinance, you can get information on a foreclosure mobile home, instructions on how to follow a foreclosure procedure, vital information on how to stop foreclosure refinance and last but not least: how to conduct a foreclosure purchase.
