Yeh classified ads is also good for business promotion besides that e-mail marketing is also good for the business promotion, article and press release are also excellent business promotion tools, promote your business by organizing some seminars and presentations.

you can also setup an auto responder, not sure if that is considered 'email marketing' ...i suppose it is? dunno..

Online classified is good but you can submit your property in some real estate directories and you can also run facebook ad campaign for that.

Yes Online classifieds help a lot in getting business. I can say this because I have a good experience from this. I posted my listing on classifieds site and they get me a very good business.
