Craigslist?
Anybody know if Craigslist.com allows realtors to post ads? I was reading the rules and couldn't see anything about it.

there are many agents/ brokers that use Craigs list.... be sure you follow the advertising regulations in your area.

I used Craigslist a few times, but I haven't gotten any feedback from it, so for now I only list my properties on MLSNI and my website

we have tried craigslist in the past ... pretty okay results, but these days, they seem to have been more stringent with the adverts - keeps rejecting some of our adverts and we dont even know why -- sorta like pushing their loyal posters away *sigh*
