Default Took over a condo conversion

    Greetings,

We just took over an entire condo conversion. The units are selling between $152,900 and $230k. Any tips on getting people in the door other than newspaper, radio, calling former leads, etc?

I'd love to hear everyone's suggestions!

Direct mail to apartments in the area. Try and target rentals that will allow the renter to move in without a major increase in their payment.
