Best software to create YouTube slide shows?

It doesnt have to be free.. I want to best product that will be easy to use

In creating a slide-show I only use the windows movie maker because it was so easy to use and it is for free when you have a windows OS

This is how I usually do it. I just use images and put them into windows movie maker. If I have a powerpoint presentation then I just use a free video screen capture like camtasia and record it that way. I haven't found an effective way to convert PPT to video yet that doesn't glitch. I used a free program and it never quite comes out right.
