    Default Duplicate content

    Google has recently tightened their duplicate content and removed many pages. Has this affected anyone as far as SERPS?

    I don't think it's necessary deleted duplicate content from it's index - in many cases it's dropped the title tag, and description from the search engine results, so that the duplicate page(s) is no longer searchable.

    You are right it's tightened up its duplicate content, which is good from some aspects because we all want unique content on our sites, but what abaout articles, where writers put alot of effort into the content, and want people to link to them - this is what disappoints me about the duplicate content aspect...
