Social Bookmarking for SEO

Most of you are probably familiar with social bookmarking, and have probably even dabbled in StumbleUpon, Digg, Delicious, etc.
If so, you're aware that they're all no-follow. Here are a few social bookmarking sites that are either do-follow, or list all your bookmarks on a unique page, which you can then use for SEO:

4. Folkd - example: Rental Agreement Bookmarks
5. MyLinkVault - example: Real Estate Resources
Social bookmarking can be an extremely powerful SEO tool, and I highly recommend you make the most of it.

There are thousands of dofollow article submission sites.. hundreds with good page rank that will increase search engine rankings.

dofollow = Google credits the link to your site. Enough of these dofollow links to your site on other peoples sites, and you get a higher ranking. In this situation, on all the different social bookmarking sites.

nofollow = The web developers or owners of the website made it so google does not count the link as a backlink to your website and it gives you no benefit besides maybe some traffic from the website where the link is on.

Here is an outline of what social bookmarking for search engine rankings is made up of:

Find or make up a good list of high page rank dofollow social bookmarking sites.

Start at the top of the list and register for each website

Write a good description of site, the page, or content on the page

Pick 5 keyphrases you want to go after (phrases you want to place for in google). Be realistic.

Then put those keyphrases in the 'keywords' section or 'tags' section on the submission form of the social bookmarking sites.

Submit the bookmark and move onto the next social bookmarking website

Do not submit the same url (webpage) to the same social bookmarking site.

Make sure not to be spammy

Bookmarking is really a better way to bring more traffic and moreover it will add a back link count to your website.
