Awesome New Web-Site for Posting Rental Properties and Lease Options
There's not a lot of options out there for rental property and lease option advertising. The MLS gives us everything for property for sale but, craigslist is great but, not really a professional place to put properties. Rental.Com is great too but, they are expensive and limited. I have found a great site that is in the launch phase. I posted a couple of my rental properties and rented the first one in three days and the other in about 1 1/2 weeks. I don't know what they are doing but, its seems to be working.

Craigslist is the best site for me to post properties. And of course get leads which sometimes leads to cold or closed deals.
