Best Way To Get leads/Traffic

I've been working on craigslist, as well as social networking, social bookmarking,blogging, but i don't get much traffic. Does anyone here have the idea of the best way to get traffic? and convert it to paying leads?

Getting targetted traffic is the essence of any business online and in real estate its quality that counts and not quantity.

Getting real estate leads online is a little bit different from other niches. You need to network and `hook up' just like you do on your weekly personal networking sessions. You need to workthe room and get people to know you before you are being rewarded with revenue generating leads.

One of the basic ways to get traffic online is to collect emails online from interested parties by setting up a lead capture page or what IM called it `squeeze page'. Perhaps you can conduct an online real estate course for first time home buyers thru email modules just like the ones that are conducted offline in seminar rooms, etc.

What sort of visitors are you trying to target? Where would they be likely to browsing on the web? Also see what keyphrases related to your product get the most traffic and optimise for those phrases.

Have you checked your web stats to see how long the visitors you are getting stay on your site? This is the first step. If they are not staying on your site for more than a minute ot two, then you have bigger worries about your website than getting traffic to it - you need to look at why visitors don't hand around.

Do you have squeeze page on your website? Does it offer something really free and interesting? usually, visitors want free stuff. with that squeeze page,you can grab names,and send them mass email offering something that has to pay.

your ways you have done for getting traffic are good. i think you lack something on your promotions. its better to have an attracting ads on your title and descriptions. review also your website content. you should also answer the question of your customer.
