Market to Landlords

Does anyone have any advice on how I could market to landlords and property managers that rent to college students?

I am the owner of the website HomeJotter.com which displays off-campus housing to students.

Our services are free and we are looking for a way to get the word out to landlords so they can take advantage of our services.

Any ideas?
