    Default Atracting qualified customers

Today most people do their research online before contacting an agent to actually visit a property.
How many times you visited properties and never made a sale? Why?The common question...
Advertising is what atracts customers but it could also turn them down because in most cases real estate listings are influenced by "advertising professionals" that try to show a room or a bathroom bigger or better that it is in reality.
When potential customers go to visit in many cases is just not the same.
"It looked different in pictures"-How many times you've heard this comment?
Creating video ads is simple, honest, fun and easy. All you need is a digital camera and do a walk through just as you would be with a client.
This way ,you will get qualified customers without trying to convince them.Don't forget that buying a home is also emotional, people like to be in their comfort zone when making decisions.

Default making sure your buyer is

    qualified not just pre qualified.

How many times do you get a pre qual letter and do your due diligence and find them a dream home and they cant get the loan.

There are also new laws on appraisals which could cost buyers more money!

Listing agents who mislead with old photos should get fined!
