Is Worth PPC for Real estate ....??
Hi guys, right now i have confusion is it worth to do ppc for real estate website owner, Kind of situation in real estate market in USA , Is it worth to do PPC for Real estate ...??

If your intent is to advertise yourself with an electronic billboard that is a website then the PPC campaign will be successful.
If your intent is to garner website leads; become a rain maker thru the website; and you have no content, no details, no local comunity news or facts, no local property listings or details.... no reports with a sign up; no place to ask for an online market evaluation; no place to sign up for mortgage renewal or credit problem.......
Then no matter how much you pay for PPC when there is nothing to see or read when they arrive, they leave. So you have wasted a prospect who looked into your store and you had bare shelves.
Develope content, develop backlinks, Register on Directories, Blog about real estate and local things, and experiences with hyperlinks back into your website. Give them places to sign up to continue with you.
Add them to your drip email campaigns.
There are dozens of websites that provide FREE website advertising, each allowing hyperlinks. Advertise your services, your specialty, your expertise, your bundle of services, advertise the market niche you serve.
Or you can pay someone for SEO, but when they call me I understand that visitation without conversion, If the source of visitation is from a third world country, it is not business for me.
Try a limited campaign and decide for yourself
