SMS and Real Estate, a Natural Fit

Here's what I put together for SMS applications in real estate; the company I rep is getting into multiple industries, but I wanted to specifically address real estate here...I'm curious to hear what techno-savvy realtors (you found this forum) feel about this type of marketing too, so please, comment away.

Real estate has a long-standing tradition of being a driver of technology, though usually as a late adopter. Many realtors are only now getting around to setting up websites and communicating with clients by e-mail, and even then many of these realtors are not taking full advantage of the technology available to them. SEO forums such as www.realestateforum.com and www.realestatewebmasters.com exist to help these realtors embrace technology further, lowering their marketing costs, all while improving profits. What about those early adopting realtors that took to SEO and proper web design before it was industry standard? They cleaned up.

Glad to help Matt; we'll be "formally" launching at the CAR conference on Sept 19th...we put it up in June to get the bugs out.

This service proved to be a lot simpler than the coupon service (couponzap.com) -- both have promise, so I'm excited.
