I have a property for sale in Tennessee.
I'd like you to ome take the pictures, show the property to buyers, bring me back the key after showing, make sure the contract is OK, be there with the inspector, be at the closing office and fedex me overnight my check and documents.
Since this will cost me $0.00 as stated, you let me know when we can begin...

Thank you codythebest! I was just going to say you get what you pay for with a service such as this. I would hope today's internet savvy consumer can see what a crock this spammer is trying to sell! But it never hurts to hit the spammers with simple logic and facts!

I have a "competitor" promising to sell your property for virtually nothing. But since they generate virtually no income, they lack the resources to market anything properly. As a home owner looking to sell your property, you should ask yourself -and the agent- what efforts they can possibly make to sell your property within a reasonable amount of time...
