What are the most creative ways to sell?

Hey RE Masters!

I have a condo, which I would like to sell - well, hence I am here on realestateforum.com

I would really appreciate advise on truly creative ways to sell my condo. I am not too experienced in real estate field (doing IT consulting for living), but I have created a website www -> buycondo.us (can't post links yet) specifically for my condo.

Was thinking to get other creative ways from gurus

hi there nemo! have you tried posting your ads to free classifieds ads posting? or do you have an account on ebay? I think it would be better to post your ads on high quality posting site so you'll have the chance to see the reputation of the buyers.

take good photos of your condo and compile it then you could do some blogs and you can post to other ads too..
