Realtor Websites

I was just reading an article about an agent in my city who has bought & leased over 30 websites that are real-estate related. He's supposedly making a killing...

Have any of you done the same thing? I'm wondering if he's a needle in a haystack, or if it's more common than you'd think.

I forgot to mention... I don't think he sells all over, those 30 websites all cater to our city.

maybe he just bought those site and have it parked for awhile so if times comes that the site had already gain its trust and ranked well in search engines, then that's the time for him to sell those site.. just my thought..

It is actually very simple.

You can have a main "authority" site and then a few smaller sites (usually made with Wordpress) that cater specific long tail keywords.

This is something very powerful and a great way to get plenty of leads.
