Hey thank you for that, I always enjoy it when someone takes the guesswork out of locating different sites for me.

I have also had a ton of success marketing my homes on craigslist.

Posting in classified Ads can be a good marketing technique. The conversion isn't very good though AND it can be difficult to avoid flagging. Alot of people think they have little SEO advantage too, but this is incorrect. They are nofollow so you will not get PR pass, but the backlink and anchor text will count.

In my sig is a link to create a free agent profile if you'd like. Get both marketing and SEO advantages with it.

    Default Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings about it. I guess it is a good strategy if you have the time to do it or you have an assistant who can help you with it. In my case, it just took me too long to do it and decided to concentrate in longer lasting strategies.

One of the tricks to free classified advertising is quantity and testing. It is critical to test every ad that you run. And, you may not like this, but you need to submit hundreds of ads every week. That is why it is important to find classified sites that work for you. Once you do, you can then concentrate less on posting ads and more on finding new classified ad sites that produce results for you.
