Yup. I do about 10 a month for various REALTORS.

I utilize their online newsletter (provided by RealEstateABC.com), new articles, featured listings with photos, etc.

They're very effective and you can monitor EXACTLY who reads it, WHAT they read, what they CLICK through, etc. It's a no brainer. In fact, in two months, we very quickly realized that 100% of the readers were buyers (because almost nobody clicked on the 'seller' articles), so we revamped the newsletters to pretty much cater strictly to buyers.

It's a great way to nicely keep in touch with people who have inquired, etc. Considering the lee time between first contact (on the web) and the time customers are ready to buy (typically 9-16 months out), you need to establish a virtual relationship with these people. In a nice, non-obtrustive, unobnoxious way, providing information that they want.

    I think it's incredibly effective.

And it's only $15/mo for up to 500 people, $30 a month for up to 2500 I think. Not a bad cost.

Does constantcontact work with data list from Top Producer? Does it take a lot of technical skills to integrate the sign up process in our own website? Is there anyway to pass through spam control? It certainly looks like an inexpensive option to do email marketing.

Default yes to my list of investors

I use it to send out wholesale deals to investors. I have a list of over 1,100 investors in Central Florida.
It is great, except I don't think the templates are very good.

Great reports, great bounce back tracking.

    Highly recommend.

Well, I customize all of my newsletters anyway, so don't use their templates.

This can be a great way to market as long as you are able to build a good list. The list is the hard part. After that, it is very cheap and easy.

I was actually just looking into their program. I'm glad to hear that people are liking it. That definitely makes me a little happier. Plus only being $15/month for up to 500 is pretty nice.
