It looks like you have listings on there already. Where are they feeding from? Be careful if you are not a licensed real estate agent to do anything that would fall under the realm of activities that require a real estate license in your state.

Perhaps you could get your real estate license and run your own IDX on that domain. I am working on one for MA called massrealestatehomesforsale dot com. I can work the leads I generate on my own or refer out my leads to other agents in my office or in other offices.

    Hey Brett,

What I have done in the past that works well is created high search volume, real estate relevant keywords to rank on the first page of google. From there I will rent the space on the site to 1-4 realtors for a $ amount and do this in multiple cities. Takes some work with the seo, but well worth it in the end..

    Hello,

I would suggest you to promote your website on the internet, use google, free classifieds sites, use social networks to find the agents, brokers and communicate with them.

You can also promote your website using Adwords which is one of the advertising programs I know about,

    Thanks

Create a more interactive business directory listing site. decide for paid or free directory scripts that you can use. The main category as well as the sub category structures of your site must be organized and must give business the wide variety of options to list their site.
