I have not used them but seo is over rated based on this simple formula. All they do is credit a landing page with links to keywords based on the words you choose that best fit the description of your business and then under each word or key word frazes they write a couple or more paragrahps about that particular words in lame sentence that creat poor english structure sentences.

How many sentences can you write about one single or key fraze before the potention clients thats reading it online decides that you can't spell or dont know a word of english and let alone are incompetent to handle thier business?

I have used seo first hand and you are better off taking the time to write it out your self and link everything together so people can follow it to your homepage. Thats all that these people do and its nothing that you can't do your self but they make it sound like its some kind of exclusive work that they only can do for you.

Once i saw this type of work i was so dissapointed at what i was paying for that it was not worth paying any more to have services that one can do for them self.

They creat a landing page like the home page then they have key frazes that are link to the each fraze with dscriptions of the products and services that your company offers which contain informaiton on your company along with a link to the main site and pow theirs the magic that these people are producing, nothing you cant do on your own.

Heres are the steps in simple pure raw form.

1. creat site page - make sure its has the same look of the home page but with links in the body of page
2. creat key frazes
3. creat link each fraze to another page with the description of the same fraze in paragraph form and use the keyword fraze as much as you can in the same page thus creating the KEY WORD DENSITY as they call it
4. Add company info to each page so it links back to the home page.
