Do you post on Classified Sites?
Agents,
I know a lot of you are in a hurry to list your properties when you first register on real estate classified sites. You put so much time and effort into listing all the features, specifications and you even provided a great description on all of your properties... But, did you put enough time and effort into your agent profile?
Your Agent profile is a very important part of your listings details. This is how your prospects will get a hold of you; this is where they will even get there first impression of you. So, make sure you add as many details as possible. Such as, your phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, website address, Blog URL and a brief description of yourself.
Another very important aspect of your profile is your agent picture and logo. You want your prospects to look at your profile and think... Wow, this agent is organized and professional looking. So, don't forget to add these as well.
You will be surprised how many people get turned off over the smallest things. You don't want to lose a possible sale over something that can be prevented.

On my website, I noticed that a lot of Realtors do not take the time to add their picture, logo and a personal description of themselves. It really makes or breaks how the actual listing looks to the potential buyer.

Agreed! Many prospects are very picky about who they choose to work with. As a real estate agent, you need to convey a very professional image to make a great first impression, or you don't have a second chance. In our business of selling fractional ownership properties, we are dealing with a high-income clientle, who are even more careful with whom they do business with because of the amount of money involved. We don't leave any details unchecked when marketing our fractional ownership programs, agents and properties.

Fractional Ownership Cabo Mexico - Fractional Ownership Vacation Homes and Villas, Los Cabos, Mexico
