Telephone Marketing for Realtors
I've noticed that a lot of Realtors have trouble connecting with potential customers who find phone numbers on marketing material.
I haven't built this product yet - I'm not selling anything - I'm just wondering what you think of this idea and hoping for a little feedback.
Here's how I envision it working:
===
Realtor Advertises their phone number online, in print, and importantly along with the website URL on their road signs (rider)
Potential customer calls the phone number
Customer presented with 3 options:
Press 1 or say "Connect With Realtor Now" if no answer leave voicemail or forward to broker number
Press 2 or say "Listen to Property Highlights for 35 Anywhere Street"
Press 3 or say "Listen to information about our other properties"
If 1, ring all phone numbers in a pre-defined list at the same time
If 2, hear audio highlights and when complete, SMS details to customer
If 3, list other properties.
===
So, the gist of this is that you could present 1 phone number. When called, that phone number could ring your cell phone, your desk phone, your home office, your parter, etc all at the same time.
You would be able to record audio feature sheets and be able to take advantage of some mobile technology to provide more information in an easy-to-use method.
You would be able to advertise all of the properties you are listing rather than just 1.
Any feedback, comments, etc are greatly appreciated. Also, if this system existed, how much do you think you would pay for it?

well it is hard to convince a clients without seeing your products and services personally, but a telemarketers need to study first what are the demends of a clients and what they need.

Thank-you for your reply. I appreciate any comments.
This isn't telemarketing - it's a service.
I am trying to "study first what are the demands of a clients and what they need". That's what this post is all about.
Are you an agent? Would you use this service? Are there any other features that you think would compliment this type of product?
