As we are all looking for new avenues to make our marketing dollars most effective, there are a number of web sites that will allow you to post your listing at no cost to you. I would recommend looking at: Iwantanoffer.com, freerealestateads.net, realestateoutpostdirectory, and activerain.com. I have recently stated to post listings on these sites with some success. If you use these sites let me know if they work for you. Also, if you are using other sites that are similar in nature, let me know of them as well and your success.

surely there is, but SEO is the best way to promote your site.

So far using these sites has significantly increased the traffic to our main web site for RedTail Mountain. It can be time consuming to keep posting however it believe the benifits are worth it. Being a little slow this morning...what is SEO?

@rainier: can you clarify your definition of SEO? because posting free classifieds as a linking strategy definitely qualifies.

@dtierney: SEO = search engine optimization... making your site visible to and ranked highly in the search engines.
