    Here are a few steps to follow to help get your company noticed online:

    1. Hire A Professional Web Marketer
    2. Get a Custom Written & Designed Website.
    3.Hire a Real Estate SEO Company to Baby sit Your Website.
    4. Get a Website with MLS Search.
    5. Start an Email Newsletter Sending Program for Incoming Contacts.

    Very good tips. A Realtor should hire somebody to maintain the site and do the selling work himself/herself mainly.

    I've found the quickest and easiest way to use the
    internet for marketing is with email. You should grab
    EVERYONES email address you meet and put it into
    your database.

    This can be done with quality SEO a lot more efficiently. I average an e-lead every 1.68 days last time I checked and I live in a town of only 15,000 people. It all revolves around great new fresh content and a website that people find useful. They also have to TRUST you!
