    Default Rebate Program for New Homes

    I am doing a 3% rebate program for new homes. I think this will be a great way to attract those seeking new homes to come to us instead of the home builders. We'll see how it works out.

    Not a good idea...

    If you discount your service, people treat you like a discounter and you loose value.

    Provide a good service and tell people why they NEED YOU to represent them, vs going directly to a developer who does not have their best interests in mind.

    Are you talking about rebating your 3% commission or rebating
    3% from the sale of the home paid for my the seller?

    I'm confused here.
