Marketing by syndication feeds

Syndications feeds like RSS and Atom are great ways of marketing your properties. Rss and Atom feeds became really popular these days. If you have a website consider having that on your site. Two things you gain out of it:
- Keep your visitors informed about new properties.
- Search engine ranking

Great advice.

Too often we spend all our time looking at properties and not
enough time making sure our marketing is working for us 24/7

Good question. For real estate sites I don't know if you could get a component to do so. But if you have a custom made website idea is programming it.

I think it will require programming knowledge if you wanna make it automated; which is the way to go. However you can update the rss feed page manually as well. You can read the syntax here http://www.w3schools.com/rss/rss_syntax.asp
