Lead Prices?
I was wondering roughly how much you would pay for a lead?

$0. These leads are worthless.
The only people who say they worth the money are the people who charge people from their own website...

I would say it would depend on the lead. The agents I work for often dont have enough time to keep up with all the leads that the marketing generates, so I have an assistant call the customer, get more details and get them in contact with a loan officer to get them pre-approved, if we have too many of THOSE leads to do business with we sell them, at different rates depending on the price range of home they are searching for, sometimes just a flat referall fee, sometimes a $$ amount.
All in all, lead prices depend on the quality of the lead.

I think it depends where the lead is coming from, what they did to obtain the lead and then how much they charge. There are some good companies out there that Realtors making quite a bit from these. There are also agents out there that these lead companies are there sole source of business
