    I Live In A Small Community In South Ga About 1hr North Of Tallahasee Fl. Population About 35000 I Am A Real Estate Broker And Currently Own A Home That Has An Appraisal Value Of 825000. I Am Asking 695000 And Will Take 645000. You Can Check Out This Home On Realtor.com Moultrie Ga Address 137 Old Tram Rd. My Question Is What Else Can I Do In This Soft Market To Sell My Home.

    I'd suggest alot of actively looking for a buyer. That price range includes a limited number of people as Codythebest stated. Out of this limited number, an even more smaller potion are looking to buy. Yes, I am master of the obvious.

    Get it priced below the competition. Get the home staged. Hold a Realtor open house.

    All the right moves... competitive pricing and an open house, but it all seems so easy! Personally I'd leverage the internet since most still aren't good at it.

    Find yourself someone local who's search engine saavy and you'd be amazed at the things you can accomplish.
