    Default Realty Feedback Systems

What does everyone think of real estate feedback systems? Are they useful? Are there any free ones? Do they really help get sellers to make changes? etc.

Our policy is to give sellers feedback on EVERYTHING.

Every call, every advert, every visit.

We find that it does help because if sellers can see that everyone who visits their house finds it overpriced or complains about broken tiles etc. then it eventually does start to sink in.

But it can take a loooooooooooooong time.

The bonus is that no other agencies around here offer anything like that so it makes us stand out for providing great service. Plus it gives a good record of exactly what is going on with each property.

    Default Feedback for sellers

I don't know of any free feedback systems - but I can tell you that feedback for sellers is definitely very useful. I try to get feedback to share with my seller clients and those that are motivated to sell - do seem to take it to heart. I find that typically the feedback confirms what I already told the seller they needed to do up front - before putting their home on the market. Sometimes they don't listen and it takes hearing the same ideas from buyer's and their agents. The problem is that it's hard to get showing agents to take the time to respond to the request for feedback.

    I use feedbackcentral.com
They have a flat fee if you want and they call for feedback after showings
