    Default Marketing to Apartment Owners

I work with a group that helps people buy and sell investment apartment complexes nationally. We are trying to develop more business selling locally.

Any ideas of the best way to contact current apartment owners and get listings?
-First of all, we are having a hard time finding owner address AND phone numbers. Any solutions better than CrisCross Database?
-Any other ideas of how to target apartment owners?

You may want to check out the local tax assessor online site. Most of this information is public domain and available online. It may not have their phone, but will most likely give you their address

I have wondered that very thing myself... what a great way to capture 1st time home buyers.

Have you tried one of those mailing companies that does the mailer, addresses them and sends them out? If there is a way to get each individual unit owner/renter they would know it. The company I use also provides a list of names/addresses back to me.

That's where I would start; let them do the work.
