Wow! It sounds great, and could be very appealing to someone who wants to own a business and live close by. There are such projects elsewhere in the states that you could use as examples, but I am not sure how to apply it to MX.

I would recommend that you go to the library or book store to find a book on how to create a business plan as that would have more information than any of us writting in a little 5x3 box.
