Since Thanksgiving is only 4 weeks away, you might consider to include in your marketing campaign something that will give a suggestion to the way a Turkey can be prepared.
Look for other recipes online.
You might be surprised of the amount of people that appreciate that tip.

FSBO Jane, that was one of the offers I used in my postcards and print ads this year - a free Turkey or Thanksgiving "dinner in a box" for anyone who listed or made an accepted offer before Thanksgiving. Kind of cheesy, but it gave me a few leads.
