Hi guys, I'm new here in the forum and I would like to seek help regarding how to positively impress sales to my clients.

It seems that they are interested only at a glance...

How do you approach prospects? Especially personally.

The gimmick is the extra mile. Yes, there are a way for me to do business that other agent don't do, for any reason. Before, I was cold calling and I was the only one in my office. Nobody wanted to do that. Now with the do-not-call I stopped it of course. But I try to provide what the client desires legally and ethically. It seems that lots of agents are just doing things like robots, without any 'feelings' for their customers...
So far 7 on 10 buyers of mine brings ME a closing gift!! I never bring closing gift honestly. I have a high rate of satisfaction. I put myself in their shoes, try to understad what they need and provide what they want, and not what the agent wants...Think about the extra mile as an investment...

I go the extra mile and get the same results. Some agents disappear after the contract is signed, I am there for my client long after it closes. The closing gift is like admitting to your client that you did not do a good job. I have never given one but I get them from clients.

One way to make a potential client feel comfortable with you is to emulate them. When you first meet copy their mannerisms and style. It works.
