Letter to keep current clients
Hello! My name is Betty. I'm new to real estate marketing. I have a preconstruction project that my company is working on. Some of the current clients paid over a year ago and we haven't broken ground yet! My boss wants me to come up with some kind of letter to send out to our current clients to keep in touch with them and keep them informed so they don't pull out. Can anyone send me some examples of these kinds of letters?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Betty

Betty,
My company can work with you to write, print, and distrobute this document. I dont have enough posts yet to put up a URL, but, if you PM me I can provide you with samples of what I'd reccomend and the types of mailings we can organize for you.
Regards,

The easiest way to keep current clients is to do pop-bys and small gifts that don't cost a lot. It will be a lot better than a mailer...
