Default My competition doesn't like and their will yours...

Hi there. I've had my license for about 12 years now and I don't believe I have ever come across a better strategy for gaining business. There are so many niches in real estate but usually we Realtors try to become an expert in at least one. For Example: First time home buyers, beach properties, etc. I came across something that easily, I mean easily separate us Realtors from our competition. It's video. People are using videos in all different forms of business but what better way is there for us to establish rapport with prospects to our website than video. Because they see us, they hear us and we give them important information and guidance. While other Realtors are still giving the "same old, boring text", we can WOW our viewers by video. We all know that home searches are searching the internet first (over 80% of them). So, what does that mean. Well, we must be in the top rankings within Google for our local markets and we must give them something no one else is. This is an opportunity to really grap a hold of a market share that we all want and need especially in this market. We as Realtors are always looking for ways to Brand our name and appearance so prospects and clients remember us and not the competition when it is time that they need our services. I'm excited. This gives us the ability to captivate, educate and motivate our viewers.

There is a website that I recommend that you look into. They can help you with videos and get top rankings in your local markets.

Contact me and I will tell you what it is. Since I am a new poster, I can't put the url in this post (only after I have posted 15 times). Anyways, I'm highly impressed!

    All the best!
